Back in 2016, Pete made a big decision. After 21 years of working a job that didn’t excite him, he chose to follow his passion for furniture making and turn his side hustle into his full-time career. It wasn’t a huge moneymaker at first, but he loved what he did.

And with the support of his wife at the time, who helped keep the family afloat, Pete was able to dive in headfirst and focus on creating beautiful, custom kitchen and dining room tables. They made it work by skipping daycare and after-school programs, which allowed Pete to pour his heart into his craft.

But life had other plans. Just three years later, Pete’s wife left, and suddenly, Pete was the sole provider for two young kids. He had no choice but to make his business work—and not just work, but thrive. His kids were counting on him, and there was no turning back.

That’s when Pete turned to social media. It opened up a whole new world for him, and as his following grew, so did his skillset. What started as furniture making soon expanded into wood carving with a CNC machine, laser engraving on all kinds of materials, 3D printing practical items, and even custom apparel.

Pete wasn’t just a furniture maker anymore—he was a full-on craftsman and artist, always looking for new ways to bring unique creations to life.

Fast forward to 2025, and Pete’s kids are thriving. His daughter is a national honor society student-athlete in volleyball, and his son is a local 2-sport athlete. They’re both growing up strong, smart, and happy, and Pete couldn’t be more proud.

Through all the tough times, they stuck together as a family, and that bond kept Pete going even when things seemed impossible. He’s also found an amazing fiancée who’s been an incredible support, treating his kids as her own, and making their blended family stronger than ever.
